Easi-yo Yoghurt Maker

Easi-yo- yoghurt maker

Easi-yoI've owned an easi-yo yoghurt maker for several years now. Its something I use quite a lot - and we all enjoy eating the yoghurt it makes.

Its really quite easy to use - you put the kettle on, wash out the yoghurt containers . Mixing the yoghurt powder with cold water is siomple - takes a bit of a shake and you're best putting slightly less water in than you think to allow you to get all the mix in. Shake and then top up with water.

Fill the large container up to the baffle with the boiled water and put in the yoghurt container and put on the lid. Leave overnight and in the morning you'll have lovely yoghurt.

If you have breakfast with yoghurt which has been made overnight it'll still be warm when you use it.

Once you've left the yoghurt maker overnight, or 6-8 hours then you take out the inner container and store it in the fridge. Rince and dry the outer flask and store until you need it again.

This is a good idea to get if you eat a lot of yoguhrt and want a continous supply. If you only have one container you need to empty the yoghuhrt into something else, or eat it all, befoe you can make another lot.

You can eat it with cereal or fruit for breakfast. You can add jam or syrups to turn it into flavoured yoghurt. You can use it in savoury cooking for naan breads and tikka masalas.
You can eat it on its own!
